Orders and Availability
Aisling Equestrian has set up a webshop on this site and customers can place their orders through our webshop.
An order confirmation will be sent by email when the order is placed. Aisling Equestrian does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of the order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Aisling Equestrian will contact you shortly by email.
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Aisling Equestrians webshop on www.aislingequestrian.com (in the following referred to as the ”webshop”). These terms and conditions may be updated and vary over time. Please make sure you read them thoroughly.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Aisling Equestrian to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the webshop, Aisling Equestrian will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question. If incorrect price information has been shown on the webshop you will be offered to either purchase the item to the correct price, or cancel the order. Aisling Equestrian reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, can be suspected.
Aisling Equestrian have tried to accurately reproduce the colors in the website photography as similar as possible. Aisling Equestrian cannot guarantee that the actual product is the exact same color as perceived on your computer screen as it may vary from different computers, cell phones, ipads etc.
Aisling Equestrian reserves the right to end the sale and any price errors.
To place an order in the webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship.
Our trademarks include (amongst others) the Aisling Equestrian name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.
The GDPR (Data Protection Ordinance) is a new EU regulation that will begin throughout the EU on 25 May 2018. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). Much stays the same, but it means that the requirements for how companies and organizations can process your personal data is sharpened.

What is a personal task?
A personal data is all information that can be linked directly or indirectly to a living person. This means that the following are personal information: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, IP address, photograph etc.
What personal data does Aisling collect?
Aisling stores the personal data that you leave as a customer to Aisling in connection with an order. This includes name, address, e-mail address, mobile number, credit card details, other means of payment and also personal identification number for any credit check on invoice payment. This information is stored in order for us to manage your order, deliver your goods to the desired address, manage payment and any returns, swaps and complaints. If you accepted to receive Aisling's newsletter, Aisling will save your email address at the time of notification. If you have been to any of our stores and entered your email address to receive the receipt digitally, your email address will be stored.
Legal basis for processing of personal data
Aisling is processing personal data on the legal basis that it is necessary to comply with the parties' agreement. Aisling is also entitled to process the customer's address and other contact information for marketing purposes based on a balance of interest, where Aisling, as long as you do not oppose it, considers that its interest in marketing its products and services contemplates your integrity.
If you subscribe to Aisling's newsletter, your personal information will be saved in one (1) year after you cancel your subscription, provided that no purchase is made during that time. Aisling saves your information as long as it is necessary based on legal requirements or to fulfill Aisling's commitments to you in the individual case. Your data will never be stored longer than permitted by applicable personal data law.
To the extent that Aisling according to law or government regulations is required to save data for a longer period than stated above, the information is stored accordingly.
Your rights as a customer
Right to information:
Whenever you require, we (Aisling) will provide the information of what personal information we have saved about you.
Right to rectification:
If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may want to have them corrected or deleted.
Right of deletion:
You may request us to delete your personal information. We can not delete your data as there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved, such as unpaid debts.
However, as a customer, you should know that a request for data removal or limitation of processing of personal data may cause your ability to use Aislings services to be limited or completely omitted.
You may ask us to transfer your personal information from our IT environment to another, either another company or to you. This does not apply to information that the law requires us to keep.
You may revoke your consent at any time to let us use the information for marketing purposes.
You may file a complaint with the Data Inspectorate if you believe that we treat your personal data in violation of the Data Protection Ordinance.
What does the data inspection do and when do you contact them?
The Data Inspectorate is responsible for monitoring the application of the legislation. Anyone who considers that a company / organization / authority handles personal information improperly may file a complaint to the Data Inspectorate regardless of relationship. In case of Force Majeure, the obligations of Aisling Equestrian will be suspended. The contract between you and Aisling Equestrian can, in those cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Aisling Equestrian. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Aisling Equestrian will of course do all we can to solve the problem for our customers as soon as possible.
The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed.
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. We accept payment with credit card or invoice.
Items that are delivered by Postnord are retained at the local delivery office for 2 weeks. After this time the item will be returned to Aisling Equestrian. You will be charged for the shipping fees. Please keep in mind that you have to collect the item if you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Swedish law.
The laws of your country may differ from Swedish law. Users should comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding the use of our website.
