Shipping & Returns



Delivery time
Normal delivery time (if no other information is given) is 1-3 days within Sweden, 2-6 days within Europe and for the rest of the world 4-8 days. Orders are delivered with Postnord, DHL or UPS. You will receive an e-mail when the package is ready for pick up at your local post center, if you left your mobile phone number you will be notified via SMS.

Shipment costs
Aisling Equestrian pays for all delivery and return costs within Sweden. The shipping fee for delivery to other European countries is 10 EUR (110 SEK) and outside of Europe 28 USD (245 SEK). Any customs duty and/or taxes is paid by the receiver. If you order from Norway customs and taxes (mva) is included in the price. 


Returns and Exchanges

Easy returns and exchanges
You may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days of delivery. 

Exchanges within Sweden are free. All exchanges are subject to availability - you can choose to change your order for a different product, color or size as long as it is for the same price or less. Potential price differences will be refunded. 

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Items you wish to return have to be in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Please remember that the financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use our postage labels and delivery service. Shipping charges for international orders on returns are at the customer’s expense (within Europe 10 EUR, rest of the world 28 USD). Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account.*  

*Note that for international returns additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

How to exchange/return an item:

  1. Fill in the return form and package it together with the items you wish to send back (please consider the environment and re-use our packaging if possible).

  2. Peel off the pre-paid return label and attach it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that you remove or cover the original address label.

  3. Take the parcel to your collection point and send it to the address provided. Remember to ask for proof of postage.


Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged items, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your wish.
